    Counting the hours until November. It's a significant enough month to me as it is, but this year it just so happens to be the month I go to North Carolina to spend time with the love of my life. November is just pure magic now...

    Hey guys, I got a question. I found and going to keep a hawk feather I found on the ground. Now is it alright that I washed it 5 times with hot water and soap.? Is there anything I need to know.?

    I keep feathers without washing them. You should be fine.

    Thank you. Well just as a precaution I did wash it 5 times with hot water and soap. What kind of feathers do you have.?

    Various kinds. Mostly pigeon, crow, vulture, and some hawk feathers.
