Due to the influx of spammers, your profile may be delayed in being approved for posting, or not approved at all depending on your region and ISP's track record for allowing spam. Proxy IP's will not be approved at all, sorry.

You can speed the process along considerably by filling out your profile and introducing yourself. We still do need an identifiable ISP and a valid email address prior to approval. Attempting to register while logged into a proxy server will result in the account not being approved for posting. Same results for an invalid email or an email server with a track record of being used by spammers. We understand and respect your privacy needs, however, it takes us a lot longer to verify accounts like this, and chances are you will stay in the moderated queue for quite some time.

If you are not yet approved and you post, it will go to the moderation queue for manual approval. This can take time especially during holidays and busy periods for our staff, so please be patient.

We may delete accounts that can not be verified if the account holder does none of the following for more than a month:

1. Fill out their profile
2. Make any posts
3. Ever log back in
4. Respond in a reasonably timely manner to staff email (eg, within a week)

If you are having a problem with registration, please use the Contact Us form and allow a few days (more during holidays or busy times) for someone from staff to get back to you.
