All lean boneless meat and beef and well any kind of meat. Because I am picky at what kind of meat I eat. I do also eat lean rare cook meat and beef. Like steaks. I also eat shrimp, Scallops , Sushi. I even ate deer venison bacon.

My list is still pretty much the same, but I've realized I just hadn't had GOOD beef yet. After trying some very juicy and plump steaks, beef is now a lot higher on the list! But I'm still talking about really tender steak, not ground or tough beef.
I've now had venison too and loved it. Alligator is one of my favorites, how could I leave it off?
Yeah, I've had lamb, venison, boar and elk. They're all great, prepared well. I've had all of them cooked nicely, and all of them also in poorly-cooked or cheap crappy form. Some slowly cooked lamb shank is one of the tastier things I've ever had.
I'd really like to have wild boar again, too... because it's tasty and because I fucking hate feral hogs.
I'll also add balut, gizzards, "Rocky Mountain oysters", and liver to the list of tasty animal proteins I've enjoyed. I didn't realize until sometime last year that "oysters" are usually prepared deep fried. You really can't go wrong with that. There's nothing even that weird about them; it's literally JUST the emotional response to eating testicles that wigs people out.
One of my Christmas gifts to my best friend this year was an imported can of surstromming. Next time we're able to get together, we will prepare it!
I like crab legs with butter... Sweet and savory but now I can't have any due to my weak stomach.
Venison and lobster have got to be the faves for me.
I'd really also like to try kangaroo and peacock. Too of the list in desires, really.
I pretty much will eat ALL THE MEAT including seafood. I'm willing to give anything a try once or twice, but if I don't like something it's usually because it's been overcooked or over-seasoned.
I'll pretty much try anything. And over the years I've had Deer, Elk, Bison, Pork, Cow, Chicken, Turkey, Alligator, Lots of Fish, and a few shellfish, and some mollusks. I'm not a huge fan of mollusks except scallops (Even then I need to be in the mood). Not a fan of crab, but I occasionally enjoy shrimp and lobster. In general, seafood is not my thing. I don't like the fishy smell and taste since most of it here is frozen and not fresh. (Milk-soaking helps but doesn't totally get rid of it) Salmon is probably the only exception as we regularly make it.
The Alligator I had was probably overcooked because it was really rubbery, but it was like a cross between chicken (taste) and lobster (texture). I'm not eager to try it again because it was expensive and not that good.
My favorite is a regular old beef filet mignon.
I love all the fish. Can't get enough. Love salmon, yellowtail, talapia, pacific rockfish, whiting, catfish, sardines, tuna... ugh. All of it. So good.
