    You have the domain. You are, ultimately, deciding who to sell it to. Simply do cursory research to ensure that they aren't simply a malicious troll.

    Silly question, why not just point the domain to your existing site that is (presumably) not going down? That would serve the same purpose of keeping it service to the community.
