    Default Time Capsule

We're putting things in a time capsule to troll people several thousand years in the future. What do we put in there?

    Name an item or two.

Campaign badges for Cthulhu and Loki.

A copy of the movie Cats, written onto a nickel alloy disc, with instructions on how to decode it and build a player to show it. A fake article describing it as "the best movie of the millennium" with "thousands of rave reviews" is included.

A photoshopped image of Jackie Chan fighting a Velociraptor.

A cracked vial of flour labeled "anthrax sample -- do not open."

Attach a locking mechanism to a hidden radio receiver. Don't lock it. Put a note inside saying, "If you could open this, it got out."

A collection of Gabe the Dog songs labelled "Greatest Hits of the 21st Century"

A compendium of internet slang/speak with the external book cover of "Oxford English Dictionary"

A floppy disk labelled "US Nuclear Codes" (it took them until 2019 to decommission the use of floppy disks for this)

I mean, when you think about it, sticking the US nuclear codes on a floppy disk is pretty damn good security.

A copy of the book Why Paint Cats.

... Which I thought was real for far too long.

A full length copy of Morbius.

One of those awful and anatomically incorrect Halloween tarantula skeletons, pinned into a display piece with little notes on the totally very real and definitely super-endangered "bone spider."

A Big Mac from McDonalds, which will still be eerily perfectly preserved 5,000 years from now.
